To the Cloud Vapor Store Reviews

Excellent place to shop for your gear, they have the all the right stuff and definitely the best prices I could find. I’m very selective as to whom to do business with, specially online when it’s time to enter that credit card info and I took a shot on this site and I can’t say how happy I am with my purchases and customer service. After I got my gear I had a few questions about my items and I can say Tyler is a pro, gave me fast, clear and precise replies and the attention I expected, if not more, anyway enough about my experience, this is just to let everyone know that these guys are real, trustworthy and above all a safe site, come get your gear and enjoy.

Tyler is awesome. Very helpful and will guide you through the process. Have to remember his time zone so if you email and think he's just not responding promise he'll get to you. Got my money before he left on vacation for a week when I was told in advance I wouldn't see it until after vacation. Thanks again

Recently traded my Volcano Hybrid, great experience overall. I spoke with Tyler through the whole trading process. Good communication, answered all my questions. Transparent, and fair pricing. Shipping paperwork and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Made the whole experience care free from start to finish. Very satisfied.

Sold my used Firefly 2 device. Process was easy and company was very responsive during the whole thing. Received the money as promised. Thank you!

I bought a refurbished Davinci IQC dry herb vaporizer from this place and it DID arrive in a relatively small amount if time and thre product DOES INDEED function as intended. I just needed to externally charge the battery, but that issue may just be a manufacturing flaw. So for this store, I rate it 5 stars!

This company is owner operated and I am overwhelmingly impressed with every aspect of the company, the products, the staff’s knowledge, service, advice AND PRICING !! If your looking for the best pricing, service and advice on the industries highest quality vapes & accessories - u are done “looking“ - this is THE company u have been seeking 😎

Really a great service. I live outside us and the guys where really helpful and even solved all the hiccups during the transaction Thanks!!!

Absolutely top tier service. Placed my order on the weekend and received an "it's shipped" email on Tuesday ... about 30 minutes after UPS delivered my device. I'm completely impressed!

Tyler is an amazing customer rep he helped me with any questions I had and made sure my order was satisfactory. He’s amazing I will be making many more purchases and trades with your company!!!!!!

Very easy to deal with, got my trade in offer and felt it was fair, printed out the trade in agreement and shipped it off! Had my money within a week. Anyone who might hesitate on selling, worried about scamming and all that comes with online selling, definitely use tothecloud! Great to know I won't see a random dispute in a month and worry free during the entire process. It may take a day or two for them to e-mail back but don't worry, they will get back to you.

I had bought the proxy and the company was in contact with me throughout the process. When the shipment arrived I was missing one of my items, but within just a few minutes the person I talked to had offered to ship the missing items with an arrival of 4 days. I fully appreciated the rush considering it was already late in the day. With my situation that was too short an arrival so I ended up getting it refunded with no issues at all. Overall fantastic service and they even threw in a nick cage meme, definitely still worth it

First class. Great customer service. Had what I thought was an issue and they quickly responded and all is good. They got a loyal customer.

Customer service was fine - shipping took a while but it’s because I’m in Canada. Beware of the refurbished items. They sold me a USED peak pro - nothing about this thing was refurbished. Actually, I spent my own time refurbishing the thing. Also, the glass piece has MOLD on it….. please if you purchase here clean your stuff well before using it.

Amazing customer service, fast and responsive. All positive experience for a pain-free cash offer. Even with the holidays, everything was top-notch. Tyler is great.

These guys are great— best customer service I’ve encountered in this space. They clearly care about every single order and customer, and don’t just respond to questions with links to their return or shipping policies. Instead, they personally take the time to make sure every issue is addressed and the owner personally reached out to me to shepherd my order through and help with any questions or issues. These guys now have a loyal customer for life and I’m happy I found a store that I can trust and count on to make sure things are right and make sure orders are processed smoothly and accurately! Thanks TTCVS!! I appreciate you more than you know!

Really easy to order and very helpful support through to the successful delivery. I can’t fault my experience and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

My most recent experience with To The Cloud was when I worked with Tyler on a trade-in request and the entire process was incredibly easy. Even though they were in the middle of Black Friday sales and shipment, I received my trade-in code and had my new device shipped lightning fast. When it comes to customer service, To The Cloud is second to none.

Great people to work with. Easy to get in touch with, by phone or chat support on their website. Would do business again.

Good product, good service ! Thank you

I placed the order and I didn’t provide the apt number so they contacted me immediately and asked me to give it to them so they could ship the item. Very good communication. I received the item in perfect conditions and started using it. I love my Crafty+.
