Store tried to rip me off
This store charged me and then didn't send my part of my order. When I told Tyler, he didn't even apologize! His response to my complaint was to say that his online system charged me less than it was supposed to, and he needed to look into that. When I told him I wanted to send it back, he said there was a $160 open-box fee -- when it was HIS mistake! Unbelievable ripoff joint here.
