To the Cloud Vapor Store Reviews

This store charged me and then didn't send my part of my order. When I told Tyler, he didn't even apologize! His response to my complaint was to say that his online system charged me less than it was supposed to, and he needed to look into that. When I told him I wanted to send it back, he said there was a $160 open-box fee -- when it was HIS mistake! Unbelievable ripoff joint here.

Great prices! Great customer support ! I have bought several vaporizers from them which was cheaper than going straight to Storz & Bickel.

multiple units bought from this shop. every experience a great one. fast reliable discreet shipping.

Great prices, fast shipping and customer service. Recently had an issue with one of the products they were selling and they listened to me and did everything they could to remedy the situation even though they realistically had no stake or fault in the situation. I can appreciate a company like that. P.S. YLLVAPE who makes the Angus enhanced is terrible. Do not buy an angus enhanced.

Amazing fast and responsive service

Great prices and selection, excellent customer service! We ran into shipping issues and they were promptly able to solve the issue. Will definitely be a return customer for sure.

When they were unsure of my address and I was unsure of the shipping service, they called to clarify. Super quick shipping. I Love my Angus, as well as the freebies.

Thanks for the bad ass vape 💨

Great customer service they really helped me out . Really happy with my order . Shipping was super fast . This company will see more of my business in the future for sure.

Site had really helpful info that helped me make the right purchase, and it shipped out promptly. I ended up ordering a refurbished model, but they were out of refurbs so they sent a new one! A lot of stores would have just cancelled the order at that point, but not them. I'm really pleased with my experience with this store.

Refurbished crap with the worse return policy ever. Item received obviously refurbished. When I returned it they charged me $140! Criminal return/loan policy? They'll shine it up and sell it to some other unsuspecting schmuck. **their reply is their usual B.S. as Ive seen on many complaints here.Although I appreciate the plug for my show from these obvious frauds who support fraud in and out of office. It's sad you can't reply to their b.s. reply here. Proof they are garbage? They blocked me from their site. May their karma be swift. Calling anyone who calls out their horrific business practices "mentally unstable" is typical, read the other bad reviews.

Company is excellent. Best prices on most things. Product ships quickly. I have purchased two major vapes from them. Got them both within days with a few nice surprises thrown in. Now my go to online store! Highest recommendation!

This was my first purchase with them and they just made a repeat customer! Taylor took care of me and did whatever possible to get the package out in time for the earliest delivery. Less than 48 hours later and I will be enjoying clouds soon all thanks to Taylor. To The Cloud vapor store rocks even more than expected, and I heard great things via word of mouth. Definitely coming back, and maybe even try out a rig or two! I made a last minute decision to get a rig before leaving for the holidays, and I was worried that I waited too long. I paid for expedited shipping, but it was still close. I sent an email and Taylor took care of me. I got the package the next day (I am also in SoCal, though), but now I already have my rig setup for a test drive before we leave.

Really fast shipping. Product came a week sooner than expected and with freebies! I didn't personally speak with the owner but can attest to the biz. 5/5

Great Prices-----Fast Service----Fast Shipping----Great experience----I already referred a friend who bought the same item I did.

Great prices as always! In addition, my order got sent back to sender by USPS (probably because the address was missing "apt" in "apt #3"). I got in touch with Tyler and he was able to help me another package right away. Excellent service!

Best price on the S&B item I wanted and provided excellent customer service. We had a shipping mishap, but To the Cloud communicated quickly and often and resolved the matter without any impact to me. Thank you Tyler!

I couldn't be more pleased with Tyler's dry vape recommendation. In fact, he discouraged from a more expensive purchase. Super quick free shipping and the after purchase support is excellent. My email was answered the same day! (Nothing wrong with the vape, just some operating questions). I will be shopping at To The Cloud in the future.

I purchased the YLLVAPE Angus V2 Vaporizer, which this store sells with 2 rechargeable batteries. The company that makes the vape, sells them without batteries: yllvape.com. So I assume it is the store bundle.  From the beginning of use, it was clear to me that the batteries were not working well, as the vape worked for a few seconds. If it worked... I contacted the store  tothecloudvaporstore.comand they keep asking me to open a ticket at the manufacturer's website, this store did not offer any help or care, such such as a refund, discount, or just sending replacement batteries, nothing at all. For vape that costs $150, As the manufacturer,, yllvape also never replies - I bought replacement batteries by myself.  with an update after the store replies - we did have a chain of mail from 3 to 19 May. which the store clearly mentions on one of them - "We can ship you a new one if they approve it." the last mail asked for more details about the light indicator, which I did not reply after giving up. here is my reply that was just sent - "After a short while, both lights, battery indicator, and temperature level turned off. The button was not very responsive. The manufacturer never replied to my inquiry, and your only advice to me was , **"We can ship you a new one if they approve it." ** I gave up and ordered new batteries, and now the vape is working okay. I learned a lesson, as there is no added value in ordering from you. "

and the To the Cloud Vapor Store team. Despite not being American, I placed a significant order with them, entrusting them with a substantial sum. Over several days of email correspondence, Tyler consistently exhibited attentiveness and rapid responses. The entire process was seamless, resulting in a flawless transaction. Such exceptional service has earned them my unwavering trust and loyalty, making me a lifelong customer. I am proud to have experienced such outstanding professionalism and efficiency.
