Ga naar Cicar

Door een vluchtvertraging in China kon mijn kameraad 2 dagen later aanwezig zijn in Lanzarote. Ik had al een wagen van bij Cicar. Dus ik met zijn vrouw naar de luchthaven, want alles was al betaald. Totaal geen begrip daar en zeker geen hulp. Zelfs een arrogant lachje. Ze kreeg hem niet mee omdat haar man hem geboekt heeft. Terwijl ze wel als chauffeur opstaat. Na 2 dagen kreeg zelfs haar man hem niet meer omdat je de auto binnen 24 uur moet ophalen. Nooit meer Topcar... Wij noemen het flopcar. Nu nog hopen dat ze het geld terugkrijgen.

Avons récupéré les informations et dû payer une assurance supplémentaire tout risque de 68 € pour 15 jours et avons du aller récupérer les clés à un autre endroit sans grande explication. Le GPS ne fonctionnait pas de retour en agence refus de changer de voiture car pas d'autres voitures avec un GPS. Vidange a 1200km. Pneus dégonflés...

Fantástica experiencia!!! Lo aconsejo totalmente. Habíamos reservado un descapotable pequeño, y nos dieron por el mismo precio un precioso TRoc, nuevecito. El trato también muy agradable, así que repetiremos.

Only with topcar this problem not with others

I booked a car on xpedia ( this company tried their best) but topcar is the worst company ever Don’t book with them My wife has no creditcard of herself So I did the booking I gave her my passport picture the booking confirmation and my creditcard that I used to book this car She is not allowed to collect this car It is paid in full until 3/8 20 days from now They said the car will be available 24 h after collection date How is this possible if you show up ? I can believe this is you don’t show up Other carcompany I don’t have this problem

Deposit Rip Off

We picked up our car with no problems from Gran Canaria airport. We took photos of the slight knocks and scratches and to be fair they were already noted on our documents. But a few days later while still on holiday I noticed that the €900 had been taken out of my credit card, not pending like normally happens. After returning the car I was told that the money would be returned to my card as there was no further damage and I had put a full tank of fuel in the car. The money was put back into my account, but the difference was unbelievable. I am at present over £53 short of what they deducted. That cannot be due to currency conversions!

A fuir

A fuir , déjà à l’arrivée il nous facture 30 euros supplémentaire parce que ç est après 22h30 alors que la vendeuse prenez tout son temps et que nous étions arrivés à 22h 10 dans la file… ensuite voiture louée qui tombe en panne, remorquage et une demie journée de perdu ! Changement de programme il nous redonne une autre voiture ou nous entendons le bruit des disques ! Aucun entretien un vrai danger pour les passagers….

Top Car Gran Canaria: tutto ok!

Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. L'auto era nuova di zecca, in condizioni eccellenti e il processo era efficiente: consegna rapida e restituzione ancora più rapida. Il prezzo era giusto e tutto è andato liscio. Detto questo, due aspetti sono stati deludenti dal punto di vista della professionalità: * Il deposito non viene semplicemente bloccato, ma viene effettivamente addebitato sulla tua carta, il che non è corretto per una garanzia temporanea. * Al ritorno, non controllano l'auto con te presente, ma la ispezionano successivamente per conto proprio. Nessuno dei due ha causato problemi nel mio caso, ma entrambe le procedure non sono all’altezza di ciò che mi aspetterei da una società di noleggio professionale.

They took 10 days to return the deposit and then the hire charge of £67 I was quoted had turned into £108 on my credit card account

Non rispondono mai!!!

Avevo preontato ma poi ho cancellato. Gli avevo mandato una e-mail per chiedere chiarimenti e non hanno mai risposto (dopo 9 giorni lavorativi). Non rispondono MAI al telefono, ho provato per giorni. Li ho contattati su Facebook e finalmente uno risponde dicendo che ricevono troppe chiamate e quindi non rispondono... Che schifo di Customer Service...

Avoid – Slow service and shady deposit policy

I had to wait nearly an hour to get my car in Fuerteventura – completely disorganized. But what really sets TopCar apart (in a bad way) is their deposit policy: unlike other companies that hold a deposit, they charge it to your card. When they eventually refunded it, I got back about £50 less, with no clear explanation. Wouldn’t use them again.

Schlechte Wartung , unfreundliches Personal

Schon nach wenigen Km taucht die Warnung auf, Ölwechsel fällig und Wartung, nach Rückgabe nur Achselzucken durch desinteressiertes Personal, Unterschrift des Mitarbeiters bei ordnungsgemäßer Rückgabe des Autos wurde als unüblich verweigert und mit spanischen Flüchen quittiert...
