Avoid – Slow service and shady deposit policy
I had to wait nearly an hour to get my car in Fuerteventura – completely disorganized. But what really sets TopCar apart (in a bad way) is their deposit policy: unlike other companies that hold a deposit, they charge it to your card. When they eventually refunded it, I got back about £50 less, with no clear explanation. Wouldn’t use them again.
