Love the prices and the great range of products available so quickly. What's not so good is having to wait whilst a member of staff chats to a customer for 5 + minutes when there's a queue. It's happened more than once hence my comment.

Always easy super fast delivery never disappointed with the service

Always great, friendly service If item is not in stock, they are quick to get it in for me. Only one criticism...I never receive the promised notification to tell me when the item is actually in.

Easy to pick up. Parked up outside the door ( Exmouth). Glue item ordered on line was on the counter in a trice. Gentleman serving was polite and very helpful. He pointed out that there was 10% discount available on the next purchase. All good.
