Knowing I could alway get what I needed and the kind friendly help full staff

As a fairly regular customer I am always made to feel welcome. Staff are always helpful but if the product I’m after isn’t in stock they usually have it there within a day or two. It’s a pleasure to shop at Toolstation as the team are helpful and professional with the right amount of humour

Generally toolstation are very good but this time what I wanted was not in stock told it would be in on Monday went there to see if it was in the assistant ask if I had received a text I no but was told it would be in. The reply was no text then it’s not in ask when it might be in and was told don’t know can you give me an idea answer NO If an item is not in stock in the future then I will go elsewhere certainly will not order from Toolstation

Product availability and great service what more could you ask for Toolstation are now my first choice when looking for products.

Team are helpful and understanding. Thanks to a customer in the store , he also assisted. The store team member obtained the correct part and credited the incorrect part I had ordered. Paid the difference on the new part.

Always a good experience. Staff are friendly and know their stock.

Overall is good , just need improvements on next day collection , is not really happening to have next day orders ready for collection, is always after two or three days collection available .

Online een bestelling geplaatst. De website geeft de keuze om tegen betaling te leveren aan huis of kosteloos op te halen bij een filiaal in de buurt. Gezien de bestelling een klein bedrag was en ik regelmatig in Harderwijk kom, koos ik voor afhalen bij Toolstation in Harderwijk. Vervolgens krijg ik een email van PostNL met de mededeling "We konden je pakket vandaag niet bij je bezorgen. We brengen het naar een PostNL-punt". Vervolgens krijg ik bevestiging van Toolstation dat het pakket klaarligt in de winkel: "Je bestelling (OWW18xxxxxxx) ligt klaar in de volgende vestiging Harderwijk Toolstation Harderwijk, Lorentzstraat 37-37a, Harderwijk, 3846AV Daarna weer een mail van PostNL: Je pakket ligt nog bij het PostNL-punt: MTH Koeriers BV Nobelstraat 10 A 3846CG HARDERWIJK Daarna weer een herinnering van Toolstation dat het op hun locatie ligt aan de Lorentzstraat 37 Ik rijd naar de winkel, en het is er niet. Het staat niet eens in hun systeem, gezocht op mijn postcode en gezocht op OWW-nummer, noppes. Maar wat een dom personeel loopt daar zeg! Geen enkele klantgerichtheid, geen eigenaarschap en niet willen erkennen dat er een probleem is. Het enige wat eruit komt is "ja, nee, ik zie niks in ons systeem". Het was de eerste en laatste keer dat ik Toolstation Harderwijk binnen ben gelopen.
