Good price on Gu10 Bulbs bought for son
First class service
Order online, get to store, in and out, no dramas everytime, great service!
Item didn't arrive when it was supposed to and no notification was given upon delivery to the branch. Even when I called.in in person a few days later I was told it hadn't arrive, when infact it was in store as I found out later again going into the Llandudno store.
Exactly what I needed for a small job, they are strong reliable and easy to use/fit.
I ordered an axe online. Within a few minutes, I received both an e-mail and text message to say it was ready for collection already. When I went in a few days later, the member of staff who served me was pleasant and efficient. She found the axe and handed it over quickly, despite having had no notice I was coming in.
Super modern Toolstation!
Ordered on line got quick reply and early collection date.
The ordering was good but delivery left a lot to be desired. I ordered 11 radiators which came in 3 separate deliveries. One radiator was over 50kg's and there is only one delivery driver.
£250 tool stolen thanks to Toolstation and Evri – zero accountability Ordered a £250 nail gun from Toolstation. Evri “delivered” it by leaving it beside my bins. Nobody was home, no cars on the drive, and no safe place was agreed. When I got back, the parcel was gone. I contacted Toolstation, expecting them to put this right. Instead, they told me it was “successfully delivered” and sent me a photo of the parcel left in an unsecured location. Then they closed the case and told me to contact the police. No refund. No replacement. Nothing. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (section 29), the item remains Toolstation’s responsibility until it’s in my hands. That never happened. But they’ve completely ignored their legal duty and pushed all the blame onto the customer. This isn’t just bad customer service, it’s total failure to protect the buyer. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Think twice before ordering anything valuable from Toolstation. If it gets stolen or mishandled by their courier, you’ll be left out of pocket with no help at all. Edit: to reply to Toolstations reply You have literally replied to my negative review faster than my ongoing email thread. You clearly do not take full responsibility and instead deprive customers from their consumer rights, which is illegal. I’m happy to take this to a small claims court, as being deprived from my rights is something I find vile and disgusting.
Efficient operation throughout, from ordering on website to collection, as usual
Toolstation! Great Communication and the items were ready for collection quickly. The item was as described, and I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely use Toolstation again 😁👍👍
Good Value. Bought some fence paint much cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery was quick and delivery tracking was useful for the one item that arrived 2 days later.
Website is easy to use, the staff are friendly & knowledgeable & the service is very fast on arrival in-store
Good stocks available in local branch, open on a Sunday afternoon to enable me to get a couple of little jobs done. These were a basic lighting pendant set and ten Draper blades for a Stanley knife. Staff were efficient and I was back in my car a couple of minutes later.
I was met by Jake H in the counter. His customer service was exceptional. Very polite, very patient and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed. I wanted to leave this review on the stop but I was told they had just changed the system. Anyway, well done to him!
