Consumer Rights Violated, Robbed by Voxi

I had a problem with my order (phone). Voxi rave about their passion for ‘easy returns’. They issued me a PrePaid DPD label and I posted this and got my postage receipt. After 14-15 business days, I contacted Voxi as I wasn’t refunded. They told me that dpd haven’t delivered this item and that I need to wait. It’s now been 1 month. I’ve spoken to DPD and they have confirmed that this parcel ‘should’ve been delivered my now’ and that the shipping label buyer (Voxi) need to open an investigation. I’ve tried extremely hard to communicate this with the Voxi representatives, but they seem to follow a script of ‘we can’t do anything until we receive the item’. If you use Voxi, your consumer rights will get violated. I am opening a claim in the small claim courts for this, and will edit this post with an update when I’ve been to court. Please please please, avoid VOXI at ALL COSTS (unless you want to be violated and robbed). £900 lost, into thin air. (For now)

£250 tool stolen thanks to Toolstation…

£250 tool stolen thanks to Toolstation and Evri – zero accountability Ordered a £250 nail gun from Toolstation. Evri “delivered” it by leaving it beside my bins. Nobody was home, no cars on the drive, and no safe place was agreed. When I got back, the parcel was gone. I contacted Toolstation, expecting them to put this right. Instead, they told me it was “successfully delivered” and sent me a photo of the parcel left in an unsecured location. Then they closed the case and told me to contact the police. No refund. No replacement. Nothing. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (section 29), the item remains Toolstation’s responsibility until it’s in my hands. That never happened. But they’ve completely ignored their legal duty and pushed all the blame onto the customer. This isn’t just bad customer service, it’s total failure to protect the buyer. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Think twice before ordering anything valuable from Toolstation. If it gets stolen or mishandled by their courier, you’ll be left out of pocket with no help at all. Edit: to reply to Toolstations reply You have literally replied to my negative review faster than my ongoing email thread. You clearly do not take full responsibility and instead deprive customers from their consumer rights, which is illegal. I’m happy to take this to a small claims court, as being deprived from my rights is something I find vile and disgusting.
