Excellent service and good quality tools

Good products, advice and price.

Myself Deepak . We bought the HAWKSMOOR petrol Brush Cutter from erith store 6 months ago. It wasn’t working at all from day one. After that we went to Gravesend branch they gave me 1 customer service contact number they were very gud to us . Then customer service took this faulty product from us approximately 2 months ago we were keep chasing them but they sent us emails lingering they said we will send you the product but after long period last week we received the product. Unfortunately we received the same faulty product it’s not working at all. We are completely disappointed we don’t have any solution any idea when we get the working product when season finish or never ever maybe only false assurance and faulty product we will receive again .

It's been almost two weeks and I still haven't received my materials. I'm not happy at all.

Items were ordered from wrong branch. I emailed toolstation to send order to different branch. I have had no response in 4 days. Poor customer service!

Easy to navigate web site, well laid out. Very competitive prices on a vast selection of items. Click and collect is a great way to shop and pay. Then collection from the store is so straight forward. Store staff are always friendly and helpful, also very knowledgable when you need advise. Well done Toolstation Moulton Park.
