I experienced rude service from Mr. Steve R. Otherwise everything is not bad.

Service was terrible. Waited to be served for ages, only one person in front of me already being served. Two or three staff were walking around but wouldn't even make eye contact with me. When I was eventually served by one of these staff, they couldn't be bothered to smile or even look remotely happy.

Speed of service excellent and I was able to return a purchase I found to be unsuitable and get a refund without any difficulty.

Staff very helpful on my purchase

I always use Toolstation over screwfix as they have a nice big catalogue to look through and find what I need, often finding something that I had forgotten. However on our last visit our car broke down with the staff being incredibly helpful on letting him stay overnight in their car park. Yes, even the RAC couldn't get him started. EES 20 years old mate! We returned the next day in LC53 and he responded. Again another stay in the car park as we walked from home to collect. ELCIE is 22 years old, rac. Always a superb shop to deal with in Tilehurst and Plymouth.

ordered for next day store collection, 3 days later no sign of it but item was now in stock in store. was told they cant just give me that item, i had to buy another while they await the arrival of the original order to be able to refund me!

What an appalling online site and ordering system spend several hours this evening trying to order a few items. placed my £80 of items in trolley - then went to checkout to pay . System remembered my email from last order 2 years ago .. went to checkout to pay - however i noticed my card details have changed .....and no way to update my card details could be located . !! tried to delete card details - no success tried to backspace and overwrite - no success either
