March 2025 box came on time, very cute snacks included! Definitely order from TokyoTreat as the price is definitely accurate and worth it when you divide the subscription price by quantity of items.
First of all we are snack Monsters. The Tokyo Treat Boxes offers a big variety of new tastes, some of them are indeed oishii, some of them "special" in their own way. But we love the fact, that we are able to try out japanese snacks and acknowledge them as beig part of the japanese culture. And since we love japan, this box offers every time it arrives a small piece of the feeiling being in japan.
I love the boxes! every month, I get excited to receive them. There are lots of different and delicious foods, and the boxes are beautiful. Everything is very well packaged and carefully selected. I really like the magazine that comes with it, full of information.

The box arrived in 6 days, without damage, everything neatly packed, big ammount of sweets each more delicious than other, i am sad there is no exclusive drink since products like that are not sold where i live but it is ok, i have enough sweets to stuff my face 🦊

Like many of the other reviewers I purchased a 3 month subscription as a gift. I have purchased other gift subscriptions with other companies and HAVE NEVER been automatically charged again!!! It's even so hard to find that they auto renew you, what a scam!! They refuse to refund even though nothing has shipped!! Plus I was charged import charges when the boxes arrived!! I am editing this because after filing a claim with my CC they issued a refund. It was quite a hassle though.

As a frequent traveler to Japan in the past, this was an INCREDIBLE collection of treats that surprised - and delighted me. I have the monthly subscription and my whole family gets excited when it arrives.
My Wife was absolutely ecstatic when she learned that I had purchased a subscription for Tokyo Treat for her Christmas present! Now each month her Christmas present continues to give to her a new and exciting theme for the new month that let's us celebrate the excitement of joy over and over again. I highly recommend Tokyo Treat as a gift for that someone special in your life.
I purchased a 3 month subscription for my son for Christmas. 2/3 if the boxes did not arrive in the designated month - this did not arrive before Christmas. Their website is set up so it is difficult to find a way to contact customer service. You will not be able to remove your payment method once you give it to them. I worked through the cancellation process on the website 2 times - thought I was safe. There were no notifications on the website to indicate it was not properly cancelled. Too my surprise this company charged me for another 3 months. There was no contact or indication they would renew for another 3 months. I reached out to customer service - their policy to not to refund - only offer credit. This company is not consumer friendly. They are a predatory subscription service that make it next to impossible to cancel. Since I am disputing this order - they are not sending product. I have no refund, I have no boxes, they will straight up steal your money.
I LOVED MY TOKYOTREAT BOX!! Everything was in great condition, the snacks are all delicious, and I love anything Japanese or from Japan - I’m going to be signing up for an annual plan ASAP! ^_^
Beware!!! Predatory business! I purchased a 3 month subscription as a Christmas gift for someone. Received an email that my plan had been auto renewed. I canceled and emailed the company the same day of the auto renewal requesting a refund before the product shipped out. I received a reply stating they will not refund.

I really liked The savory snacks. The sweet ones are good, but I enjoy the savory ones a lot more! The Ramen packets that are constantly different are really fun to have because it just changes up the flavor. Tokyo treats has been a really fun way of finding treats to look for purchasing online.
Great quality and always contains something you will like. My personal favourites are the kitkats (my favourite candy) and the noodles. Shipping is fast. Highly recommend :3
