The treat boxes arrive at the beginning of each month and contain lots of excellent snacks! There is a lot of information included explaining each item and gives some helpful information about Japanese culture.

This was my first time ordering TokyoTreat, but I didn’t hesitate and went straight for the 12-month subscription — right after coming back from Japan! It really fills the gap and brings Japan a little closer to us. The flavors, the quality – everything exceeds expectations. Even the boxes are super useful afterward for storing things around the house 😄

The options were either the same items with a few different flavors or just all together poor selections. It's a shame they spend most of their money on marketing rather than the products. I would only recommend this if you really have the money to burn, because you can probably get better international candy at your airport.

Our first box arrived very fast and is full of loads of tasty surprises to keep us going. We are looking forward to next month already!

Fair warning to all that wish to subscribe - good luck canceling. You will only receive a notice after your card has been charged (watch out for the auto-renewal!) and even when you notify them within hours they have an unwavering no-refund policy. Buyer beware!!!

It's a great box, you get several items, they are good size and each box is themed. It comes around the same time each month, no issues with delivery. You get a full size kitkat in ach box, different flavor each month.

Tokyotreat has been bringing joy to my doorstep for many many years and to three different countries I lived in and I can say they service and quality has been consistent and great. I think the content of all their different boxes always fits the price, they put a lot of effort into the little booklets they add and you can just tell that it was made by real people. When I did need support because something went wrong (usually my mistake, I cannot recall a time they made a mistake with my boxes) their support is fast, friendly and sweet. I just had a horrible month and forgot to skip my boxes which led to a bit of a budget problem for me and their support was able to find a solution that worked for both parties. I LOVE that they are not a victim of AI support bots and I hope that it will stay this way. I just have no improvement points, this is a great service with great people. 💜

I received the box quickly and so far I am living everything that i had tasted so far. I will definitely continue to buy this boxes.

I enjoyed most of the snacks in the box. There was only one that I couldn’t get past the texture. But for the most part, it was delicious!

Everything taists so good, and I live all the details like the book. With stuff all about Japan, what stores sell what there, cute stuff about anime characters and what everything is. My boyfriend got me a subscription as a gift. And this is more then I could have asked for. Plus we get to have tokyotreat snacks, and anime night, and its so fun. Personally I wanted this for a long time, but I really think anyone would love a gift like this!

Excellent value for money and a really nice variety of sweet and savoury snacks with stuff that I might’ve heard of before and stuff that I really had never seen. It was a great way of getting a lot of variety or not having to break the bank by buying big bulk packs which you might not necessarily enjoy.
