TOKYO TREAT is PREDATORY
I purchased a 3 month subscription for my son for Christmas. 2/3 if the boxes did not arrive in the designated month - this did not arrive before Christmas. Their website is set up so it is difficult to find a way to contact customer service. You will not be able to remove your payment method once you give it to them. I worked through the cancellation process on the website 2 times - thought I was safe. There were no notifications on the website to indicate it was not properly cancelled. Too my surprise this company charged me for another 3 months. There was no contact or indication they would renew for another 3 months. I reached out to customer service - their policy to not to refund - only offer credit. This company is not consumer friendly. They are a predatory subscription service that make it next to impossible to cancel. Since I am disputing this order - they are not sending product. I have no refund, I have no boxes, they will straight up steal your money.
