Box packed with so many items. There was a great variety of edible items. I will enjoy trying each one and sharing with others. I miss there being a can of soda in the box, which used to be a commonly included item.
Very well put together and extremely thoughtful! I really like how it is packaged and how beautiful everything is in the box!
Box is great for the price haven't tried everything yet but so far it's all been good. I would recommend to get it as a family because there will be something for everyone.

Their snack boxes are well curated and so tasty! Love how full the boxes are and varied the snacks are as well. Have yet to run into any issues at all!
Tokyo Treat never fails to deliver tasty treats. I feel that I get a good quantity and quality of items for a reasonable price. I love getting to try all the different flavors of kit Kats. 10/10 highly recommend
The delivery came in nicely on time, you had a tracker to tell you of the process loud and clearly. The treats are delicious and everything was intact when it arrived! The box looked nice and the tamplet was creatively made with lots of information of the snacks inside the box and some other information of Japan
Great selection of delicious food. Each box is full of product and arranged so well that even though I've not seen them use packing filler, even the most delicate treat arrives undamaged.

Paid double the money for 2-5 business days express delivery, today is the 6th business day and the package is still in transit. No money back obviously, and their support page is terrible to navigate through. Would not recommend for one-off deliveries.

I have to agree with many others below that this company is sly in its approach to charging. That subscriptions will be automatically renewed is less than clear, no advance warning is given when a subscription is about to be renewed, and even writing to the company immediately upon being charged again brings no relief, but simply a mealy-mouthed message that the company operates on a subscription model, as if this were some sort of reason or excuse. There's a denial of cancellation or refund despite no further goods having been despatched. Merely the offer of an unwanted voucher. There's no problem with the contents of boxes for use as gifts, although these seem limited for the price, but any plans to make future purchases have now suspended in the face of the company's tricksy, unreasonable approach, from which it will no doubt suffer in the long term. For now I'm left with a big hole in my Christmas budget. I have opened a complaint with PayPal over these practices, result as yet unknown. Tokyo Treat should behave like honest companies do: * Make the subscription model abundantly clear * Issue notice when fresh charges are about to be made in case there's been any confusion whether caused by the website's lack of clarity or not * Accept any notice of cancellation made before further goods have been despatched, and then refund the sum unexpectedly charged. The whole approach is disreputable and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Edit 2 Dec: To be fair to Tokyo Treat, I should mention that after complaining bitterly and repeatedly to them, the company has finally done the right thing, cancelled the subscription, and sent a refund today.
