There is always good variety in the snacks. I like that there’s a different Kit Kat and a ramen in every box.

Wow, I cannot believe how fast I received my box in the mail, it feels like I just ordered it yesterday and I'm very excited to get the chance to try so many different types and flavors of Japanese snacks. Definitely something in it for everyone to love. This box literally made my day, and the price was amazing, all together i would estimate that you get 3 times of what you pay for and delivery time was super fast, I can for sure say this box was made with lov, Because anything made with love, always turns out perfect.

I bought a six month subscription, cancelled it and was still billed. I submitted a ticket to get a refund and no one responded or fixed the issue. Paypal said I had to deal with them. I realized the cancel form is extremely deceptive, it took me 3 times to actually figure out what to click to cancel. The food was good but you can't actually buy any of the food (other than kitkat), it looks packaged just for tokyo treat. There is one site that sells the stuff and everything is super expensive.

Got someone who's a foodie but hard to shop for? Problem solved w/ Tokyo Treat box & the variety of snacks n drinks were fun to taste-test.

The customer service is very dependable and they’re great at responding (and solving) problems in a timely fashion. I’ve only had to contact support twice for minor issues and concerns and, they were always kind and straightforward.

The treats are lovely it’s just the price of them and the amount your given

Great products

I love getting my box every month. I am most excited for the fun Kit Kat flavors. Trying new snack flavors each month reminds me of our Japan trip and how I cannot wait to go back. I also enjoy the different kinds of chips and desserts. My son loves the different ramen soups we get. I will say I miss getting a drink in each box. I would take a half star off for that if possible.

Such a lovely treat box, started as a one off for my girlfriend, but as we loved it so much decided to stay a little while longer! Cant wait to see what’s in future boxes, thank you TT team x
