Tokyotreat has been bringing joy to my doorstep for many many years and to three different countries I lived in and I can say they service and quality has been consistent and great. I think the content of all their different boxes always fits the price, they put a lot of effort into the little booklets they add and you can just tell that it was made by real people. When I did need support because something went wrong (usually my mistake, I cannot recall a time they made a mistake with my boxes) their support is fast, friendly and sweet. I just had a horrible month and forgot to skip my boxes which led to a bit of a budget problem for me and their support was able to find a solution that worked for both parties. I LOVE that they are not a victim of AI support bots and I hope that it will stay this way. I just have no improvement points, this is a great service with great people. 💜
