Got a call today from Avi and despite my apprehension wanting to deal with this due to many health issues, Avi was really relaxed and calm which helped me stay calm. Neither of us could figure out why the previous plan didn’t go through. Thanks to Avi I now have a direct debit set up rather than a continuous card payment which has caused nothing but problems, so looking forward to the payments going out automatically.

I had been afraid to deal with my debt having been suffering with poor mental health after loosing my job ubexpectedly, accruing a large amount of debt suddenly that had once been manageable and now not.
