Explaining that I was suffering with mental health problems at this moment in time there was no regards as to my state of mind. All the agent kept doing is try to make me pay more money or the full balance that I could not afford. After explaining that I wanted just to carry on my normal payment plan he just read through the plan and abruptly ended the call. I was left feeling very low.

The Gentlemen who was helping me today was very friendly and more Concerns of my mental health and making sure that I was doing the right payment plan for me. So he's gave me a month leeway to get my priority debts in order before making a payment plan with yourselves and I'm much grateful for that.

Further to my conversation today with sash I feel a load has been lifted . I feel he created a payment plan that matches my current circumstances . He was very understanding and easy to talk to .

Website is terrible to set up a payment plan Have to scroll back about 100 times to set my date of birth up!. Then when you enter card details, it asks for date of birth again, so scroll back another bloody 100 times. Yes, tried different browser!

Extremely disappointed with the field agent who hand posted a letter due to the fact the guy has gone to my neighbours house asking if I live next door before posting the letter, it's unprofessional, frustrating and Extremely embarrassing for me.
