I received a letter for an old debt and contacted TM Legal immediately. I was dealt with by a girl called Danielle who was really nice and friendly and listened to my reasons for not being accountable. After sending her an email I arranged to call her back later in the week. She was really professional and very pleasant to talk to and she gave me the good news that the account was closed! Thank you for your assistance Danielle.
This is a scam. They’re chasing me every other day for ages with texts and now calls. It’s not my name. I’ve never had any debt. Threatening. The fact they hide their number so you can’t report it says it all. And to check noone had taken out loan with my number I’ve checked my Experian credit score. All perfect. I have no intention of ringing them and engaging in a conversation with charlatans as they will never leave me alone.

Spoke to an advisor today called renell and all though my situation was a difficult one she was extremely helpful and clear on my options and helped me with my case. Renell was polite, clear and calm with extremely good manners.

Absolutely horrible senior people who work at the company, there’s a solicitor called Paul Alker who is one for he higher ups who works for another firm who made a malicious report against me to the police. Even the CEO Craig Hinchcliffe refuses respond to emails. The actions of TM Legal directly go against my religious beliefs, shame on you.
