Very friendly and informative

I prefer when the person get strait to th point and doesn't try to fish for information.

Bombarded with letters, calls, and text messages . I explained my poor mental health which has resulted in my early retirement . In 2023 I attempted suicide due to the pressure I received from companies such as this . I am explained this and more several times . But they couldn’t care less . I am slowly sliding back mentally , to where I was in 2023 . But as said they couldn’t care less and as for duty of care they don’t have a clue . My debt with the original creditor shows as £0 . But these people now maintain I owe the money to them as they bought the debt . But I have only ever seen an old letter stating this , which arrived after the debt was written off . And they continue to threaten me on a daily basis . Making further demands but providing nothing themselves . The good reviews I think are extremely suspect because personal experience with these people says otherwise .

Akeel was extremely polite and helpful and we were able to resolve my arrears repayments efficiently and in a friendly manner. These things can be stressful but this was handled with care.

Awful despite the debits set up each month Stil lget constant phone calls and voicemails left over 6 a week and phoning me multiple times a day even tho monthly payment has been made Already spoke to an advisor and told you to stop harrasing.

Billy was so helpful and helped me lots. I have a plan in place but change in circumstances messed it up. All sorted and back on track

Constantly harassed by this company after 1 late payment due to the passing of my father. Set new payment plan up on line and they still continued to harass me. Spoken to 3 people who I find it hard to understand and they weren't getting what I was saying. Absolute joke of a company

The agent that i spoke to was so nice and helpful but all of the agent anyway in TM legal are very helpful and kind specially sorting out debts so thanks to all of you

Honestly could only understand 40/50 percent of what they were saying as the must employ people with the thickest accents known to man

Was initially nervous about sorting my debt, thinking that these guys wouldn't give me payment options, was so wrong after speaking to Aden, he fully understood my financial situation and showed superb empathy and professionalism of my financial mess and after going through many options i went with one that i was comfortable with and not them. So pleased I decided not to continue burying my head in the sand, hope to clear this debt within 24 months Thank you Aden.

Obviously it’s difficult paying back but it’s a relief that’s it’s getting paid and slowly it’s piece of mind that we are getting back on track. Always had an empathetic and respectful attitude conversation with the agents and Keo was no different but I’ll be glad after next month once made the last payment and will not need to call them again.

I have been making payments for a while now due to me having a debt i had forgotten about. I received an email a couple of days ago advising I had now cleared my account which is great news. I then reached out and asked them for a statement of my account for my information and they are refusing to provide one. They just keep replying saying well why do you want one? I have already told them it is for my information but their unwillingness is concerning! I have also emailed with a SAR request which is being ignored. So I will have to go above their heads now and find out why they are being so sly.
