Account was closed but TM Legal carried on collecting money, then denied collecting it. Just a woeful service and staff that don't accept responsibility and repeating the same lines - "computer say no". Only worthy of 1 star.
The customer service assistant was very happy and polite to explain every details of my query to me. I was very impressed and I will not hesitate to recommend her services to any other person who may need help from this company Thank You.

Unable to give a zero star rating and forced to give 1 star rating which is more than undeserved. I have contacted TM Legal confirming that there is no dispute of settling of an alleged debt on basis that they answer specific questions, In reply they answered none of these specific questions and continue to unlawfully demand payment and threatening to issue CCJ. Good luck to TM Legal for their endeavours to ignore my offering to resolve this matter.
Terrible people. They have been harassing my wife for almost 2 years regarding a Scottish Power bill on a property that she had left in 2014. Each time she provided them with the required proof they close down the account and start again. Shame on Scottish Power for employing such unscrupulous operators. Where are the SRA and FCA?
