Recieved a letter to state i owed 357, i ignored the letter and recieved another 2 letter within a couple of weeks after 1st one both stating i owed 357. I decided to ring them up. They told me on phone the debt is 714 so basically they had doubled it. I was told this was cost of admin fees and sending letters. I see most reviews on here are 5 stars but these are fake.

It’s easy to bury your head in the sand. But when you raise it about the parapet it’s good when you get a company as understanding. Connor dealt with my situation with empathy and understanding. I’ve finished feeling relieved at the outcome and wondering why I didn’t make the contact earlier. Thank you.

When speaking to Billy today about my financial issues he was very polite and friendly, couldn't of asked for a more helpful person to help me deal with getting my payments setup and back on track, he did ask if my payments were affordable moving forward after I had been a victim of a scam which is why I couldn't male the payment for last month and luckily as it stands everything is affordable for me. Thank you for your help and support on the phone today.
