I received a letter for an old debt and contacted TM Legal immediately. I was dealt with by a girl called Danielle who was really nice and friendly and listened to my reasons for not being accountable. After sending her an email I arranged to call her back later in the week. She was really professional and very pleasant to talk to and she gave me the good news that the account was closed!
