Ash. I suffer with severe social anxiety so I dread these kind of phone calls. I’d rather be in debt than speak on the phone. Ash was very very warm and kind to me. He was very understanding of my situation and helped me as best as he could. I appreciate having spoken to Ash in regards to my circumstances and how we move forward with monthly payments. I know how hard his job can be from experience, but he was lovely and is an asset to the company. Thank you.

Absolutely crap. Paid in full then sending me a letter threatening a CCJ on a balance of 0.00. No one answers the phone and it immediately cuts out. Scamming company that I'm gunna take further and get this crap sorted

Adam made me feel confident and reassured me that I only had to pay off my debt at whatever amount I could comfortably afford without putting myself under any pressure. He is very considerate and polite, the opposite to what I was expecting and treated me with respect at all times. He listened to all of my woes and never rushed me; a most useful asset to any company in any administrative post. Thank you once again Adam, you are a true gentleman.

Spoke to Hannah and she set up the perfect payment plan, advice to anyone getting contacted is to co-operate because they are a very understanding company and will listen to you, By the reviews it looks like all their advisors are very well trained but Hannah especially is fantastic.

T M Legal and - Clint - Customer Service I was contacted by T M Legal regarding a debt I owed, and I have to say my experience was far from what I expected. Typically, debt recovery companies can be relentless and unsympathetic, but my interaction with Clint was the complete opposite. He was professional, empathetic, and incredibly fair in his approach. Rather than being pressured or spoken down to, I felt genuinely heard and understood. Clint took the time to discuss my circumstances with care and provided a solution that was both reasonable and manageable for me. Debt situations can be stressful, but having someone who treats you with respect and dignity makes a huge difference. A lot of reviews on here are fake. The company are bullies and harass people calling every day.

I have complained three time to this company regarding my account. I paid in full and have written three times to get them to update with the credit reference companies to state that this account has been satisfied, with no joy.

Letters and messages stating I owe money to Perch Capital but cannot provide proof that I do. Aviod at all costs. Threatening legal action as a way to scare people into paying when they cannot even prove monies owed. Cease and Desist served and still continue to harrass. Reported to the Financial Ombudsman & The Solicitors Regulation Authority IGNORE THERE FAKE REVIEWS

Don't bother expecting anyone to listen to anything. Constant laughing and snorting whilst you try an speak. Speaking to a team leader is a call centre affair with everyone listening in. Not confidential not private.
