I recently had a conversation with someone at TM Legal and managed to set up a plan with no judgment, which was appreciated. The team was generally understanding and patient, especially considering the stress of dealing with debt. The experience was quite professional, and it helped to ease some of my worries. However, some areas might need a little more polish to fully meet expectations, hence the average rating. Overall, a decent experience.
