on the website there are products which after ordering turn out not to be available. when ordering "Knauf" boards you get a different company. when ordering putty etc. you get a different company. in the general settlement you hear that "something was more expensive, something was cheaper so the price remains the same". work on the website and on what you offer

very poor quality product - roof felt. hard to believe you stock a brand like this and that you have not received other negative customer feedback. Thanks for your reply Patrick. I made 2 separate online orders within 24 hours - the 2nd one has the 2 rooffelt rolls on it. I dont have an invoice reference number because i left the original with your staff member in Kilshane Cross when I returned the 2 rolls there last Saturday. They could not process my credit note then because they needed to contact the online team to do this today. Hopefully that also works.

Stay well clear , ordered steel for a new build , had digger hired and they forgot to deliver to me so lost out on €1000 and then had the second half of order after Christmas and when they delivered my steel mesh it was all damaged apart from about one sheet, they said they would replace but I had to make do with the badly damaged stuff because I had no time to wait for them to rectify as once again I had everything hired and orderedto pour floor of house that weekend. No discount or partial refund offered and was told they would discount my next big order! safe to say I won’t be going near again for anything. Headache and stress of a company to deal with. **UPDATE** got asked for more info and provided same and still have not heard anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
