Would have been 5 perhaps but the length of time from placing an online order to getting an its ready to collect email.. well maybe I've never been patient enough to wait more than 3 hours 😅

Always top notch Lads are always on the ball. Ordering online is great and having PayPal as an option means I dont have to go find my card. Lads in the yard are helpful too and always full of chat.
Click and collect took too long. ordered just after lunch but wasn't ready until after 10am next day. all goods were in stock. When I arrived my order was short. When I point this out the missing good were brought out and again were short. When i told the picker he said I was wrong and then proceeded to count it again only to realize it was still missing 2 pieces of 17.

I placed an order ONLINE with T J O'Mahony on Wednesday night 23rd April 2025. The order included several items for my garden such as decking boards, spindles, paint etc. I received a confirmation of the order on 24th April but it did not include a date/time of delivery. I assumed it would take a couple of days but that wasn't the case. I phoned the Glasnevin office on Saturday 26th to enquire and I was told ''my order was scheduled for delivery Wednesday 30th''. On enquiring about the time I was told ''it would be delivered before 12noon, possibly 10 or 11am''. I booked a builder to attend for work on Thursday 1st May based on this information. Today is the 30th April and MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE despite being told over the phone today after 1pm that ''It's gone out to you''. NOT A VERY SATISFACTORY SERVICE IT HAS TO BE SAID. It's now 7.40pm and it still hasn't arrived. I foolishly also recommended the O'Mahony site to my next door neighbour who also placed an order but still hasn't heard anything about her order being delivered. The O'Mahony depot/office is in Glasnevin and I live in Drumcondra so the distance between us is minimal. Please ensure you get a definite delivery date and time if you book with this provider. I'm still waiting for mine.
Great pricing even with delivery fees. Their communication has improved a lot and is currently really good. Their drivers are also fantastic.

Great Service as always. I place a order at 8am & had delivered by 3pm the same day.
I needed to add something to my order, I rang and was told that I would need to contact the local shop responsible for the delivery. I rang the shop, was told I could only change the order online, I explained what I was told on the previous call, I was then put on hold for 10 mins, at which point I ended the call. A simple request made impossibly difficult.
Did not receive €10 off first purchase no code was sent also not being told when I will receive my delivery is not very helpful

Made a click to collect order, I'm waiting now two days for an update when the whole idea in my view is that you should get a response to pick up within an hour or two at most... Terrible service! No response out of the assigned person for the order either! Edit after response from TJ O'Mahony: "an automatic e-mail would have been triggered to send to yourself at this point saying ready to collect" - no nothing ever came to say it was ready to collect, and your assigned resource on the order only replied after 3 days to say it "has been" ready.
