Still waiting my product a week after ordering

Good value for money service

Delivered on time, and delivery placed at the right location, safely. the product is also great for garden projects.

Everything efficient from ordering to delivery.

I made an online order for delivery. My builder then told me I needed a different size wall cap than what I had ordered. One of the lads from the prosperous branch sorted this out very quickly and efficiently. Very easy to deal with and got my delivery to me the very next day. Thanks lads

Plywood I ordered was very poor quality when it was delivered but they were very good about replacing it and then on second part of my order they sent me out a wrong coloured fence panel again they were very nice about changing it but maybe it would have been nice for them to have given me a small discount or voucher in lieu of my time

Review for TJ O'Mahony Ballymount – Reclaimed Azobe Sleeper 2600 X 250 X 125mm I ordered Reclaimed Azobe Sleepers from the Ballymount branch of TJ O'Mahony, expecting a rugged, weathered product as is typical for reclaimed timber. What I received, however, was far below any reasonable standard. The sleepers were in extremely poor condition — with major cracks, missing chunks, and sharp, splintered edges. They were unsafe and not usable for any landscaping or structural purpose. The branch did accept a return, but I was still charged a 15% restocking fee, which seemed unfair considering the condition the sleepers arrived in and it was an online purchase. Unfortunately, Trustpilot doesn't allow photo uploads in service reviews, but I’ve posted pictures on Google Maps for anyone interested. Based on this experience, I would urge others to inspect reclaimed products in person before purchasing.

Small side damage on plasterboards, couple of days delay, otherwise good purchase!
