Easy process and service.

Website says 1-2 days for delivery. This is misleading. A phone call about my order informed me that it's actually incorrect and orders take at least 7 days!! Have to cancel tradesman that I booked. Really not good enough.

Fair prices, sometimes surprising discounts. Would love to see a retention/fidelity discount based on previous orders.

I ordered 100 x 100 treated moulded post timber online as per the image. What was delivered was rough cut not what I had order. When I rang I was told they don't sell what I ordered anymore and that the picture on the website was wrong.

TJ O Mahoney got back to me and my previous problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Their online description says 'Bolts' and does not mention that nuts are included. They said they would address that.

Not clear where to go for "click and collect"... ended up queuing unnecessarily! The product when I got it, was not up to standard for my needs.

Ordered a one ton bag of gravel and a few other items to be delivered from the navan store, one ton bag not delivered, I rang them to ask for this to be rectified, was forwarded to someone else who took my number and said they'd get back to me, also emailed the shop ,got no answer, still no gravel and I'm back in work tomorrow after taking a few days off to do the work ,

I incorrectly chose Home Delivery instead of Click and Collect. I phoned the store in Gort and they were so helpful with amending my order. Excellent customer service . Good prices too compared to other local suppliers of the same product.
