Ordered online for delivery found this very easy. Prices were competitive. I had to update my order by phone this was done with no problem. Delivery was fast

I have yet to receive my order. Customer service very poor and could provide no specifics.

TJ O'Mahony gave me a nominated contact who contacted me regarding my order and who I could contact with any queries. I was kept informed regarding delivery. When the items were delivered, the driver kindly put them out of the way off the drive so as not to block my car in. Friendly service all round. Good value also. Will use again

Took 3 days to pack a an order for expanable foam spray cans. Ended up driving over to collect the order because arranging delivery took took so long.

TJ O Mahony responded to my initial review and said they take full responsibility for their communication failures, yet they stil haven't contacted me to resolve the problem. You couldn't make it up!

I noted that the closing time in prosperous to be 17:00 from your website. I travelled to the store arriving at 16:45. I could not gain access to the yard or the store as both were locked. I called the phone number to be told that they close the store to deal with customers already in the shop. I wasted my time travelling to TJ O'Mahoney's and was not given the courtesy of being served even though I was there 15 minutes before the advertised closing time. I suggest that TJ O'Mahoney's either change the closing time to 16:30 or stay opened as advertised.

Items not delivered four days after ordering and when queried im told it will be another seven days before delivery. Not good. Cancelling order.

Stephen Mc Auleywas very helpful in sorting my online order and also I was looking for a door which he rang the supplier to see if it was in stock and got it ordered for me.

So I'm putting down a base for my new shed and was informed that a bit of steel mesh would help ,so found tj o'Mohny online and put my order in, thinking it's a bit late but let's try,got confmation that my order was transferred to Arden and they would look after me,had a referral name to contact and did so,spoke to Brian who deals with deliverys and he said they where a couple of weeks behind, damp pouring Monday,asked to hold on and he came back and said it's for delivery today,got home from work and there it was,so fair play to that man and the company.J TORR.
