Plywood delivered wrapped. Kept dry. Hello Patrick...Above was positive. I have had plywood sheets delivered from other suppliers ..no wrapping ..arrived wet and / or I had to move indoors immediately..Could leave your delivery outside until ready. Thank you.
Order, was placed on the 28th April, after two emails and makeing 3 phone calls for an update I recived, my order on the 6 May. I understand you have a shortage of drivers etc however to take over a week to deliver which I did pay extra for is not good customer service.

Update following the below reply:- Showing something in stock & available for purchase is a primary goal of online purchasing. Not sure what the below is telling me but it comes across as "don't believe our online stock availability" which defeats the entire purpose of online shopping. Maybe get a better system or operate it more efficiently,

Yet again Alan and the crew at Prosperous helped me when I discovered I had ordered short in my original order. I phoned Alan and he arranged payment and arranged the delivery driver Alan who was out to head back to the shop and deliver within the hour back to me at Celbridge so I could have the fence job finished. They are so obliging and accommodating. I'd give 10 stars if I could !!! Thank you all for making my coming weekend less stressed.

When I had bought and paid for my supplies I then received an e mail say delivery would be 5 to 10 day ! Had I'd know this before hand I wouldn't have bought here or not paid for delivery. I decided to collect the materials my self but wasn't reimbursed for the delivery charge.

I placed an order for extra long lengths of 9x2 that most other hardwares don't stock at 6pm one evening. The timber was sitting on my driveway by lunchtime the following day. Excellent service. Fast, reliable and all staff were great to deal with. Excellent service.
