Driver was very courteous and friendly and did all that was ask.
I had a pallet of timber and insulation delivered recently and it was so well packed it could have stayed out in the rain for a week and not gotten wet inside. Thank you and especially the yard staff in Oranmore for taking the time to do it.

Hi, I ordered on a Thursday asking for delivery on Friday (I knew it was unrealistic) I got a call straight away to inform me this wasn't possible, which was great as I knew where I stood straightaway. Visited Prosperous store to see garden materials. Staff were great and took time to show me the different garden/landscape materials. Great price for large bags of stone. I understand some of this type of timber can get twisted and warped but pretty much every piece I got was like that. Very difficult to build plumb stud walls with this. Would not recommend. Update: The order was delivered. I have since contacted the branch and they replaced the timbers with straight pieces. Appreciate that but still think care should be given when orders are placed online. Thank you

Very easy ordering on their website. I have made a few orders and the quickest delivery has been within a few hours. All items have been in tact and anything that needs to be kept out of the rain has been adequately covered to keep it dry. Their prices are competitive and the quality of their materials are good. The delivery drivers always seem to be in good spirits too, which always makes receiving a delivery less of a painful task.
Delivered wrong length timbers but did not reply to mails regarding exchange for correct ones.

Ordered small amount of timber took 7 days, so if your in a hurry for something don't order from here, only reason I order from here and not grange is they didn't have certain timber, grange deliver in a day
