The delivery arrangements where clear and they arrived on time good service

Ease of ordering online and then great service from the team in my local branch in Naas when it came to arranging delivery. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Delivery really slow.

The delivery process is an absolute joke. I ordered for delivery which it says online 3-5 days. I phone to confirm I will receive delivery before next week Thursday the 01/05/2025 as I have builders coming to do the job then. Sales person says he can't confirm delivery by then I should rather cancel my order. What is so hard to make sure that an order is delivered any day next week. So online it says 3-5 days. I have given them 2 weeks and they still cant confirm if it will be delivered. Clearly to busy to need business.

I would have given 5 stars only I needed a 20mm×1/2×1/2 tee I was told i i was looking for a 20mm×1/2×1/2tee was told that a 3/4×1/2×1/2 is the same but it's not it's 20mm qualpex pipe and the 3/4 fitting is too big
