Quick and helpful

Great app to use and excellent range and competitive prices. Ordered my products the night before and was ready for collection the next morning

Very easy to order, and home delivery is a blessing re edited!!!!!but….. it’s now 30 th… 11 days later still no order!!! 4 calls made two requested call back ..not gotten Told delivery would be out today … no sign. It’s costing me money now paying tradesmen with nothing to do. Lads get it together I’ll be cancelling order if not out tomorrow early.. total shitshow. Nobody know anything!!!

Helpful staff

Good website and follow-up service from the lads in the depot also very good. Purchased garden fencing material, good quality. Not happy with the delivery, driver was rude and very unhelpful.

Absolute disgrace to deal with. Delivery times on the website not accurate, promised delivery on BD6 after ordering but nothing showed up. Prior to this I had emailed to request an update and nothing. Impossible to get communication from, don't respond to emails, do not return calls and hardly pick up the phone when calling. Finally cancelled an order made 9 days ago as (after I constantly chased them to get an update) it would not be delivered until the following week. I would avoid at all costs, shop at your trusted reputable stores like Chadwicks etc who actually offer some form of customer support. As an update: I ordered from Chadwick’s (exact same order) - it arrived 18 hours later so anyone wanting a good service should consider this. Also - I believe the below to be a lie as I was told my full order was in stock and ready to go 9 working days ago. Don’t blame “stock” for your incompetence. Actually calling you incompetent would give incompetent people a bad name

Bought greenworks chainsaw. Item was opened already suggesting either a previous return or display product which not in description. Vendor care team said lads would needed to check all parts where inside. Kinda makes the whole point of BNIB online sales goods a farce. Refund was offered but I need the item. Won't be using vendor again as can't guarantee it's not used already
