Excellent products! With a great story and mission
Love that I discovered ThruDark somewhat by accident. As a tour manager for bands, and an avid traveler when I'm not crisscrossing the globe for work, I'm always on the hunt for great clothing to lighten my packing load, pull double duty as stylish when out for drinks and functional when I'm running or hiking, and ThruDark delivers. I'm frequently changing climates by country when I travel (last was Vietnam>Cambodia>Loas>Thailand>Sri Lanka>Turkey>Italy>Finland>Greenland) and was able to pack the layers right and feel like no matter what the weather threw at me, I was prepared. Now if I could just stay in one place long enough to order some more clothes, that would be great.
Thru dark gear is pricey.. but when you realise you will only ever need to buy one jacket again for the rest of your life, it becomes a great investment. I add to my thru dark portfolio every now and then and have loved every piece of clothing.

After admiring the brand for a while I finally decided to take the plunge on some sale items. The quality of everything I ordered was excellent along with the service I received. Even at sale prices the items seem expensive but the quality was worth it. I've ordered more since my first purchase.
Great gear for casual and operational use. The returns service is also next level, giving peace of mind if you need to exchange gear for a different size etc. As businesses go this is one others should aspire to be like when it comes to customer focus and detail.
Great products, styles for all tastes and good promotions
My product ordered (shell jacket) arrived damaged (to BC, Canada) which was disappointing. However, the Thrudark website provided clear and concise instructions for the returns procedure, and customer services were quick to respond to my request for a return label. I was able to return the damaged garment easily enough and receipt of the new product arrived within 5-7 days. A pretty good experience all things considered.
Exceptional quality products, fast efficient service
The service was great like always, service desk was sincerely interested in my situation and adapted policy accordingly. Whether it was flexibility or courtesy, it served the company's creed of loyalty. Very much appreciated!!!

Cool website. Definite USP.
Top kit. Not cheap but excellent quality. Own several items and love each one of them. Some inconsistency in sizing. Limited range of products (but that’s slowly changing) and limited colours (for some).
