Another £5k+ customer lost
As a loyal customer since the early days of Thrudark I spent over £5K with them and reached tier 1 on the reward system, shortly after this they changed the goal posts, I was demoted and lost some of the rewards. I've refussed to buy anyhing since this happened last year. I've noticed recently that they have made changes again and have to spend the same amount annualy, I'm not even tier 3 now so I've lost all rewards after spending so much money with them. I'm still reguarly spending a lot of money on outdoor gear, just with other brands now.
