International Returns Experience
My product ordered (shell jacket) arrived damaged (to BC, Canada) which was disappointing. However, the Thrudark website provided clear and concise instructions for the returns procedure, and customer services were quick to respond to my request for a return label. I was able to return the damaged garment easily enough and receipt of the new product arrived within 5-7 days. A pretty good experience all things considered.
