Ordering was really easy & my items arrived earlier than expected, which was great as they were a gift.

Tried to return a jacket as it was too small. So I ordered the velles jacket for an expedition, before I left found out it was too small. Went on said trip and upon returning emailed to get a swap, they point blank refused. Poor returns policy. Despite jacket never leaving the house.

The cloths were initially very good quality, but shrunk so much after the first wash/ dry they became too small to wear. A bit disappointing to be honest

Bought 2 x t shirts. The vader t-shirt which I am really happy with. Great sizing and just really like the look of it. I also bought the jackal t-shirt which fits well but just a little disappointed for the price difference it is just lacking a bit. It is just my honest opinion and certainly does not put me off buying future clothing. Just need to be more selective on my purchasing.

Thudark clothing is built to last, quality to the touch and feels great. Sizing is to perfection across the range, from T-shirts jumpers and jackets and better still a reward system for loyalty. What more could you ask for, or yes great customer service.

Really quick delivery, ordered all the kit I needed to take on national 3 peaks. Kept me cool and comfortable throughout, despite the heatwave. Really well made kit, will be ordering more items for sure.

Each item I’ve bought has been top notch, comfortable and hasn’t torn or broke.

Decent clothes, accurate fitting. Only gripe is the loyalty scheme isn't great for new customers as locked out for 30 days (not much trust there). A simple buckshe welcome point after first purchase, would alleviate this and allow repeat purchases in bronze tier.

Finally bit the bullet after admiring these jackets for a while and bought a Jacket. I chose the Hybrid jacket & wow……i am very impressed with the quality & cut. The jacket is very practical yet it appears to have a very smart tailored finish. It can be worn when your out walking in the hills or wearing on a night out. It just oozes class ! Yes, they are’nt cheap but you get what you pay for and when you look at the price of other well known quality brands in this price range, this jacket is on another level. It makes sense when you see the ‘Made in Italy’ label. The material looks & feels expensive too. At first i did order an XL but it was a tad tight across my chest & upper back so i used Thrudarks fantastic returns process and exchanged this for the next size up, XXL, which fits perfectly. Very pleased customer !

Absolutely fantastic jacket, lightweight and great quality materials. I wore it on a sunny day and I did get a bit too hot so maybe better to put on on a chillier day in summer. Paired with aviator sunglasses and a baseball cap makes me look like a top gun pilot 😂

Love the quality of of the garments the fast delivery and exchange times when we occasionally get our sizes wrong a all round great shopping experience!
