Always a warm welcome from the staff at Poole, love the clothes love the brand.
Charged £5 on a £70 return.
Prompt delivery.. great bit of kit.
So I purchased a cap and Veles jacket, which looks great, fits well, and keeps me warm when out walking without having too many layers on.
I discovered Thrudark when they first started out and have been hooked on their products ever since. I like the variety and the great quality of their products and having a retail outlet is even better for when I visit the UK.
Great quality
Fantastic customer service, great hard wearing product , always buy from here
Comunication during delivery process, quality items.
Great website, easy to use and make payments. The clothing is quality what more could you ask for. Well done all involved 💪
I am a frequent purchaser from ThruDark. The quality of the products is 2nd to none. The website is easy to use and delivery is prompt and items are well packaged. If you do require assistance, the customer service team is very helpful. A superb Brand.
As any other time, service is 10/10 🙌🏻
Expensive, but good quality, well worth it. Made well and strong. Top notch stuff. Quick delivery and week packed,
I ordered an Aigis jacket. It arrived quickly and was well pack with a stuff sac included which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately I guessed the size wrong. The return process was easy and customer services easy to contact. Replacement jacket arrived quickly again. The jacket seems to be well designed and made. Not yet tested it in bad weather but so far it’s been a great customer experience.
What can I say…….you can’t get better than a ThruDark product!
