I ordered an Aigis jacket. It arrived quickly and was well pack with a stuff sac included which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately I guessed the size wrong. The return process was easy and customer services easy to contact. Replacement jacket arrived quickly again. The jacket seems to be well designed and made. Not yet tested it in bad weather but so far it’s been a great customer experience.
