We've been investing in properties in the UK for the last 6 years. Sold my home and purchased a new home with Thomas Estates recently. Service was outstanding from start to finish, even when I was being a bit of an impatient girly. Supported me through each step of the process with patience, additionally helping facilitate a seamless transition between both properties on the day of the move. Went above and beyond on countless occasions and kept me informed, with regular progress updates on the phone and by text/email. Got full asking price straight away. So so grateful! Amazing team and wonderful people. So kind and understanding. The whole process of selling my house was brilliant thanks to Thomas Estate Agents they helped more than my solicitor and would always reply to emails and phone calls straight away.
