Had a great experience using Thomas estate agents. I mainly dealt with Jonathan who was always really helpful and supportive. Will gladly use again and recommend.

I previously wrote a good review for this company after the completion of the work. Since then I have had nothing but issues with numerous people who work within the company ringing to try and arrange for work to be completed even though I have repeatedly explained the work has been done. The company then ask for the workmen to come and photograph the work completed which I have accommodated, yet this still hasn’t been done properly and I continue to have the same calls. I’ve just had 2 calls within the last 30 minutes, from 2 different people. One wanting to arrange for photos to be taken and the second trying to arrange for work to be completed. Since September I have counted 47 calls. I can honestly say I have never known a company like this, and cannot for the life of me understand what on earth the confusion is. I’m now left with no option other than to block the number.
