A big thank you to Amun from The Vault Real Estate. Not only did he help my brother secure a tenancy on a Sunday evening, he just helped me with a problematic tenant. We are now preparing for the sale of my property and The Vault are leading the way

I was at a low point, having to move out of the family home. This was the first time in 40 years I had to look for rented accommodation. Amun walked me through the whole process, from viewing to moving in. He was always a text or phone call away. Happily, I have now moved back to the family home. My deposit was promptly repaid.

We had the pleasure of working with him, the whole process went smoothly and without any problems or deviations, he constantly kept us informed about the progress of the process, he showed responsibility and professionalism, thank you for everything.👍🤝

The director, Amun Mudhar was professional and efficient all the way along the process of buying, from arranging the viewing all the way up to completion. He stayed on top of solicitors during the conveyancing process and made things happen when other parties dragged their feet. I would expect this to be the biggest estate agency in the Birmingham area within 5 to 10 years based on the excellence in attitude and aptitude. Do not hesitate to give this company a ring for all things sale, buy or let.

Amun is amazing! He managed to give my house on rent within a week! It was on the market for 5 months with no luck through other agents. He’s very professional, efficient and easily accessible, too.

Amun has proven to be a very professional and reliable individual that has helped us with his wealth of advice and experience. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to all those requiring them

I’m very impressed with Amun. His service is second to none and he was very formal and professional when a company was trying to run away from a lease they had with me. He negotiated a settlement with them, which allowed them to surrender and me to move on without being out of pocket.

Excellent professional service! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Amun is an expert who takes the stress away! With his experience and extensive contacts, he will get the best results for you efficiently and effectively!

Amun really goes above and beyond for his clients! He is literally available whenever you need for any question or support through the whole renting process, he was there every step of the way. Everything was literally turned around in three days pretty much due to the time put into it from Amun! The whole process so easy and smooth! You can tell there is genuine care for his clients and very professional. Updates were given even without asking and every step was explained, 100% communication even outside of his normal working hours. I had just come from a bad experience of estate agents not working to a good standard and had the pleasure of not having one stress with Amun, everything was smooth and straight forward, in less then a week I have the keys and moving in to a dream come true property! Would 1000% recommend Amun!
