Great Company. I've been trying to find a reliable company to deliver materials at good prices for my bathroom installations. From experience it's not an easy thing to do these days but im happy to say underfloorheatingstore tick all the boxes. Friendly knowledgeable staff who actually answer the phone or call you back when they say they will, give accurate stock and delivery information and deliver great products when they say they will at good prices. The only 'problem' i can find is i wish they stocked even more products so i could use them more and other less but im happy to recommend them and shout out to charlie for sorting all our orders for us so far keep up the great work.

Quick to respond to enquiry. As order was not 'standard' the technical section assessed and confirmed design dimensions. Accounts issued appropriate documents as agreed and the order was delivered on the agreed day.

Very weak and didnt last a year. These cheaper boards have 1/3 the compressive strength compared to the xp pro boards and I regret not paying more and going for the XP pro boards with 3x the compressive strength because these have failed and compressed with the underwood electric roll and some LVT. Avoid these cheaper and substandard products and go for the better ones if you want it to last.
