There are 2 companies with similar names - the UFH Company and the UFH Store. I looked at both and the UFH Store had way better prices for the same items. Also the website seemed a little more intuitive . I bought 2 electric mats and digital controllers and they arrived in a couple of days with good notification all the way through. I have used them several times. Their prices are ALWAYS the best, and customer service has always been excellent, although the website is good enough that I usually don't need customer service.

Very good prices, regular sales. Tile backer boards from here are incredibly good value and perform incredibly well. I have insulated and tiled the downstairs kitchen and bathroom of my two up two down terraced house in 12 to 20mm insulated tile backer boards. The kitchen and bathrooms of houses like this were add ons in the 1950's and so are only a single brick thickness of walls making them impossible to keep warm. For the first time in 14 years of living here the place was warm through winter even with the doors open. No moor curtains up to stop draughts as the kitchen and bathroom were a nightmare and pointless to try and keep warm but now are toasty with the rest of the house. This stuff plus a nice tile job and it has made a world of difference.

I purchased a rather complicated large order, and there were some issues due to our own error, which they happily rectified. The communication was swift and supportive - highly recommend this company.

Good product on time does the job

Was recommended to the site and it very easy to get round and find what I needed. The item was well priced and the delivery was smooth with no issues. The item I bought was not for its original use, I wanted it for craft work which it was perfect for. Will definitely use again

Slow as a very slow thing. It is 11 days since I ordered and still no delivery. Part of what I ordered was out of stock, but I only found that out when I enquired as to where my order had got to. So I cancelled that item and asked them to just supply the rest of the order, am still waiting for the in stock items to be delivered.

Second time doing business with this company and once again brilliant service phoned Tuesday 14:05 had a great young lady Anais on the other end helping me with my query and order. Arrived this morning by 08:30 to my surprise.
