I ordered a lot of items due tonthe sale on the website and I am extremally satisfied with regarding the price of the products and delivery. Whole pallet which was really heavy came to me on 3rd day from another side of the country what is very impressive. Contact with a customer service was seemless, tracking number allowed me to track my order. I can fully recommend the store!

Have been using them for over 10 yrs and they're always helpful and efficient. The quality of the systems is pretty good compared to other stuff on the market, especially at these prices.

Great product, excellent online instructions and help available on the phone and online. My advice to anyone fitting the electric underfloor heating, doesn’t matter how small the area you are doing take the time to encase in self level before tiling, tiling onto the mat is way more difficult than u might think!
Purchased around 6 months ago. From purchase to install to reliability to instructions to control unit. I can't find a fault. 10/10 Brilliant piece of kit for the price. Definitely recommended, wish I would of placed this in my bathroom now.

The sales advisor who was very patient and had a very polite phone manner, said ‘this is not a problem. I will not only price match, but also beat the price’ true to his word he did.
