Feels amazing.

This company is a complete scam! Run away! After I placed an order I am now unable to access their website. I got an email confirmation claiming the order was being shipping however the tracking number appears to be bogus. I did some digging online and it appears others have had the same issues.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The order/check out process was worst experience ever with all these pop ups causing confusion. When I realized I ordered 2 vs 1 pillow it would not allow me to delete the extra pillow. I exited out and re-ordered not realizing my first order went thru but I dont recall hitting a final order button. This company has a New Mexico address. They are not in New Mexico. Their Cust Svc is in Germany and the pillows ship from China. I could not call as I do not have international phone service. This order was placed on Sat May 17. I immediately emailed their Cust Svc which never responded until Thursday. Sorry, too late, order shipped. I now have pillows I do not need all because of their rotten, deceitful service. Too ship them back is very costly with no guarantee. The post office advised me of the problems that could arise and I can be out my shipping costs. I spent a lot of money I did not have to spend and it sickens me. Never order from these people. You have a problem, good luck! The post office has heard it all from these companies. Yup, a New Mexican address to make you believe it’s American made. Do not buy from these people

I have returned the pillow per their instructions, paying over 40 euros out of pocket, and after FOUR WEEKS have not heard a thing from them. They acted so concerned when I gave an initial negative review, replied to my review asking that I get in touch with them using the same method I had already used, and now that I have returned the pillow, sending them via email a copy of the return label plus the tracking number, there has been nothing but silence from them. This continued experience just reiterates what horrible customer service they have and what a horrible company they are. EDITED TO SAY--This is the SAME standard reply they give to every bad review, the same reply they gave my first bad review, and they are just as unresponsive if you try to engage them in their supposed concern. UPDATE 20/6 they have refunded the 69.99 pillow cost. Return shipping cost 40€, so, 30 euros are recovered.

they just responded with another canned response. I NEVER RECEIVED THEIR PRODUCT. I HAVE contacted them 5 times regarding this. What I want is a refund for the pillow I ordered and NEVER received. Again, please do not order from this company. It is a scam!

I have left one review but unfortunately didn't respond in time when the company asked for more information. This seems to be the only way to communicate with them as they are not replying to my emails. I ordered silk pillowcases which were clearly not silk and were not the colour shown on the website. I have returned them and sent the tracking information as requested but have had no response and not been refunded. I strongly advise against buying from this company.

Item was not for me so initiated return. Was given address to return to along with proof of postage and tracking number. Paid almost $50 for tracked postage to an address in China. Have heard nothing back from them despite numerous emails, and submitting enquiries via the website. Tracking shows item has been sitting in customs in China for a month! Tried to go to Victorian consumer affairs but as they have no Australia based store or business number they can’t do anything. Have lodged details on econsumer.gov but I do not think I will ever see my refund. Out of pocket over $200
