This company gets 1 star because a star has to be chosen. This is a scam. The pillows are poorly made. The quality of the material is trash. The “return policy “ is a joke. They don’t tell you that to get a return you have to send their trash “pillows” to China. The pillows cost me $135.00 Do you know how much it cost to send them back to China? $415.00 then all their customer service can say is “While our business operates in the USA, our warehouse is located in China. That's why the return address is in China.” Stay away from this company.

I was skeptical, but after trying so many pillows, this one finally gave me relief from tech neck.

The pillow has definitely helped with my neck stiffness and pain. It also is comfortable when sleeping on either side. The only downside for me is that the pillow sleeps hot. It would be a five star pillow if it had cooling tech built-in.

It is nice and supportive, it is comfortable and it does not get flat after a few uses, really amazing quality.

I ordered the cozy rest memory foam pillow and cozy rest pillow case seen the money back guarantee stamp thinking it meant all cost would be covered to return if I didn’t like it. Well I tried it and hated it couldn’t get comfortable so contacted them to return it .. they proceeded to give me a return address in China even though the pillow shipped from Mississauga .., went to my local post office and got a quote as they also required I get It with tracking .. well to return it is almost the cost of the product so there is basically no point in sending it back! I feel scammed and super disappointed not only that the pillow wasn’t what I expected but also that they didn’t state in the money back guarantee stamp that shipping is at the buyers cost. I have emailed them several times as well sent them the screen shot of the quote and told them I feel scammed and I haven’t heard back

I will not buy from My Pillow Home again for three reasons. 1. If you receive the pillow and it does not meet your expectations or is damaged, the return policy is not easy, and it is expensive. You have to write to the company to get a Return Merchandise Authorization. That took me three emails to get a RMA. Once you have a RMA, you must send the return to CHINA at your expense. For me, a $65 pillow that did not meet my expectations cost $48 to return to Wuxi China. In effect I received a $13 refund. 2. The original shipping time took two+ weeks for the pillow to be delivered. Shipment was from China, not a US based warehouse or fulfillment center. I cannot imagine a pillow being so special that waiting two weeks for delivery from CHINA makes sense. Other options exist. 3. Most importantly, the pillow had a very distinct and lingering unpleasant odor to it.This odor did not go away even after I aired it on my porch in fresh air and sunlight over eight days. When I did try to sleep on the pillow, the odor was too strong to be ignored. I do not recommend buying from My Pillow Home for these reasons.

If I could give it zero I would but sadly I cannot review the pillow as they have failed to send my order 2 months after paying for it. The phone number is invalid and despite many emails they just don’t respond. This is a complete scam

I always find it the most comfortable when I sleep on my back or my side and this pillow absolutely supports both positions.

I’d love to rate the pillow but I still haven’t received it. They sent me a notice on May 4 saying it had been shipped. It has sat in the US for weeks at the same location. I’ve contacted them twice. I get a form letter email saying it will be here shortly. It’s May 25th today and I had to leave on vacation. I will probably dispute the charge.

Their "Risk-Free Guarantee" is worthless - they want me to ship the pillow to an invalid address in China in order to get my refund.
