Really should have read the reviews first. Return costs more than the pillow itself since the return location is in China and you have to pay for it yourself.

I just received my order today and what should have been 100% mulberry silk pillowcases is a very cheap polyester. its incredible how a company can get away with lies like that. and apparently if i want to return i have to pay the shipping to send it to china, even though im in europe. if i dont hear back from the company with a solution i will check what i can do because they are lying on their website. DONT SPEND YOU MONEY ON THEM!

This bunch of reprobates keep emailing me and have ignored me now for months! Total absolute effing scam! Avoid like the plague! Never sent my product and won’t give me a refund I repeat AVOID AT ALL COSTS GUYS

I knew after receiving the memory foam neck pillow that it wasn’t a quality product. After two weeks the strong chemical smell is still there and the “memory” foam isn’t the quality that I’m used to from other memory foam products. I ordered the pillow because I thought the neck support would be better than the memory form contour pillow that I’ve been using for several years. It wasn’t. After giving it a two week chance, I found out how ridiculous their 90 day guarantee is in light of their impossible return policy. After several attempts to get a reply, I finally got an address in China where I must send the pillow at my expense. I’m sure, having read others’ experiences, that my out of pocket shipping expense will cancel out any refund amount! What a joke. This is the only company that I’ve dealt with that is so deceptive about the so-called guarantee and refund.

I ordered silk pillowcases. They were definitely not silk - no tags, poorly made and most importantly, not silk! When I tried to return, the company told me I had to pay for my own shipping back to China even though it was a faulty item and not a change of mind. I did not want to risk spending more money on this product and then not receiving a return.

I’ve been reading in bed for hours with this pillow, and it’s amazing. My back and neck feel supported, and the adjustable design is perfect. The cover is breathable and easy to clean. I’m totally obsessed!

This pillow is everything but great. The pillow is flimsy and the foam is not supporting at all. Not even thick enough for me and I’m small. Definitely not worth this much! I submitted a return request but have not yet heard back. Really hope I didn’t waste money. Worst of all this was a present for my husband’s birthday, imagine the disappointment when I realised it’s not even worth giving it to him 😣

I took ahwile to receive and when I was finally able to track it - I got tracking information in chinese!!! I emailed the company to confirm since it shows they're locating in the US in NM - they responded back that it was actually shipping from their "warehouse" in China since they were "out of stock" in their US warehouse - ok, yeah right. It's made in and shipped from China and it is the worst quality. Had I known that I never would have ordered it! As soon as we opened it the smell was horrible - we put it in the dryer with dryers sheets to try to refresh to no avail. It is very thin and the "memory foam" is a joke - it doesn't even give as much support as the oldest, flattest pillow you could find. It looks great on the website but do not be deceived! Very very disappointed. They have a 90 day guarantee but when you read the fine print - you have to have all the original packaging PLUS you have to pay the shipping to return it. I've requested a refund just to see how they will handle it. If they won't refund it then it's going in my goodwill pile. Worst $75 I've ever spent - do not waste your money!! UPDATE! The company responded with a plea to reach out to customer service to make it right, blah blah blah. I have already done that and was told that I would have to - at my own expense - ship the product back to CHINA to receive a full refund - absolutely ridiculous. Their return instructions state the merchandise must be returned in the original packaging - but when I opened the plastic "ziploc" bag that it was in the "zipper" broke completely off so I tossed the package becaue it was useless - I think that was a sign of the quality that was going to be inside the package - or actfually LACK OF QUALITY Again - I reiterate - do not waste your money. I am not going to spend God only knows how much money to ship this monstrosity to CHINA - only to be told that it's not in the original packaging and they cannot refund it. There should be a law that any company shipping from China should have to disclose that fact in all of their advertising and on their websites so that Americans can make informed decisions about who they are supporting.
